How proposal information is handled.
Cloudfish collects only the information needed to respond to consulting enquiries, operate the proposal form and protect it from abuse.
Information collected
The proposal form collects the name, work email, organization, project focus, timeline and project context you provide. Cloudflare also supplies the submission time and country-level location. An IP-address-based key is used temporarily for rate limiting.
How it is used
The information is used to review and respond to your enquiry, maintain the security of the form and diagnose delivery failures. It is not sold, used for advertising or added to an automated marketing list.
Storage, processors and retention
Submissions are stored in Cloudflare Workers KV for up to 365 days and forwarded by Resend to the Cloudfish consulting mailbox. Rate-limit records expire after one hour. Email copies may remain subject to the mailbox's normal retention and backup processes. Cloudflare Workers observability also records request metadata and application errors under the Cloudflare account's log-retention settings. Cloudflare and Resend may process information outside Canada.
Cookies and analytics
This site does not use analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. External links such as LinkedIn and Calendly are governed by those services' own privacy practices.
Your choices
To ask about, correct or request deletion of a proposal submission, email privacy@cloudfish.ca. Please do not submit passwords, credentials, health records, payment details or other confidential regulated data through the form.
